Unlike traditional, sport-based academies that focus on outdoor runs, road rides, and on-field drills, the Compass Junior Elite Academy operates strictly within a high-performance gym environment for young athletes aged 13–18.
We focus 100% on pure athletic development—strength, power, and biomechanics. This means we never step on the toes of your private sports coaches. We build your physical capacity in the gym, allowing your specific sports coach to focus entirely on your tactical and on-field skills.

We don’t guess; we assess. Using elite performance technology, we establish your baseline physical metrics, identify hidden weaknesses, and track your progress over time. We measure everything from your explosive jump power to your dynamic balance, ensuring your program is always driving real results.
It is entirely normal to have questions about youth strength training. Is it safe? Are they moving correctly? Will it stunt their growth?
At Compass Allied Health, our Academy is led by qualified Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists. This is not a generic adult fitness class pushed onto kids. We look at the athlete as a whole, prioritizing flawless movement quality, injury awareness, and long-term athletic development over heavy weights. We provide the safest possible environment for your child to build physical confidence.
