Our cancellation policy was created using the National Disability Insurance Scheme price guide. The NDIA recognises that for Provider Organisations (like us) to be sustainable, late cancellations or no shows can be challenging, and therefore have their policies in place to support Providers (like us). Without this, unpaid cancellations would compromise our ability to continue to be a valued NDIS provider.
We realise that there are many different circumstances and reasons for cancellations, however we reserve the right to apply late cancellation fees if a cancellation is made inside of 48 hours, provided we are unable to fill that appointment slot.
Prices for our services are based on the NDIS price guide. These rates have been benchmarked against industry standards which reflects the qualifications, experience and expertise of our professionals. Depending on which service rate you are after, visit the price guide for more details.
Non-face to face time is time our health professionals spend behind the scenes performing various activities. These tasks are crucial in assisting our participants to achieve their goals.
Examples of tasks may include:
Our health professionals time, whether that be face to face or non-face to face time, is focused on assisting our participants to achieve their goals. It is therefore billed at the same hourly rate regardless of the type work performed in assisting our participants.
We currently do not have a waitlist for any of our services. We can book these appointments immediately.
The NDIS price guide recognises the additional costs involved in providing an out of clinic service, including other consulting opportunities lost whilst health professionals travel to and from (or between) participants.
Therefore, in the circumstance of providing a participant services away from our facilities (at PARC and our Private gym), it is acceptable for us to be compensated for the time it takes to get to the client, however we have decided against charging for time travelled back to our places of practice.
The NDIS price guide also recognises the additional cost of running a vehicle during these visits. Charging a per kilometre rate for travel to and from participant consultations is standard industry practice.
Yes, of course we do. However, it is best to call our admin to discuss the needs of the child with one of our team members to determine the service/s you need.
We are always looking to grow and improve as a provider, therefore we welcome any feedback - positive or negative.
Feedback can be provided in many ways, either via phone, email, or online and you can do this either directly with your treating therapist, our admin team, or by contacting the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
