Compass Allied Health was established in 2019 by founder Jesse Murphy.
After graduating, Jesse began developing his skills and expertise as an Exercise Physiologist in a highly regarded private practice clinic on the Mornington-Peninsula. Each day, his passion for both his profession and his desire to help others continued to grow.
Through his 4-year tenure in private practice, Jesse developed into a Senior exercise physiologist whereby his philosophies and values in the profession became clear, eventually leading to his desire to venture out on his own.
Driven by a strong sense of empathy, Jesse embraced his new path outside of private practice while working in the disability and aged-care sector. With a client-centred approach, he founded his business with the vision of assembling a team of skilled allied health professionals dedicated to delivering personalised interventions that address both physical and mental health needs. What started as a small, community-focused practice has grown into a trusted provider of allied health services across Victoria. He believes that everyone deserves access to high-quality care, and his now team works collaboratively to ensure that each person receives a treatment plan tailored to them.
